About Brian

Brian Chin is "taking Hollywood by storm with his boy-next-door good looks, sweet youthful charm, and refreshing and infectious energy". He believes that the art of storytelling has the ability to inspire people to examine their own humanity, as well as to point society to where it's going. Brian became an actor to tell meaningful, poignant, and thought-provoking stories.

Originally from Orange County, California ("The OC"), Brian is a Los Angeles and New York City based bi-coastal actor who is currently enjoying a career in Film, Television, Theater, Commercial, and Print work. He is a recent graduate of New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts with a Bachelor of Fine Arts w/Honors in Acting. He is proud to have worked and studied with some of the top teachers and directors in Los Angeles, New York, and London. He is a proud member of SAG-AFTRA, and in 2016 was granted membership into the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.

Brian is also an avid singer who has trained in musical theater and contemporary techniques and styles. He is currently in the process of recording his own album with his unique style, blending Broadway and the contemporary world. In addition, he is also in the process of deepening his improv technique at the Upright Citizens Brigade.

In his free time, Brian is an extreme “foodie” and loves eating all kinds of food. He is a passionate reader, especially when it comes to history, politics, and current events. He is probably one of the few people under 40 who has a subscription to the New York Times (on his iPad, of course)! In addition to being a political geek, Brian is also passionate about animals and Apple products. He tries to contribute some of his spare time volunteering at community organizations and animal shelters (big dog lover!). He currently resides in Los Angeles.
